Cabin Country

The area west of town is a large forested area, filled with dirt roads that all take you to a different block of cabins. Some of them are older and in disrepair, others are multi-million dollar cottages nicer than most people’s houses. The more expensive cabins are often located right on the lake shore, though many are a short walk away.

This area is not part of the town proper. Though this area has a huge population it only lasts for a few months. During the winter, this area is almost completely empty, though there are some who live in their cottages year-round.

There are also a few dedicated camping areas, as well as some cabins for rent here. There is a park station before the campgrounds where people are required to register and pay an entrance fee. The park rangers oversee this area, acting as a mini-police force, protecting wildlife from campers and cottage-owners alike.
